Not all the fats are bad for your body

We generally know that the fats are harmful to our body an that we have to avoid them as much as possible. But there are some good fats that don’t hurt us.

These fats are the unsaturated ones and we can find them in olive oil, almonds, peanuts, sesame seeds, sesame oil and avocado.

The polyunsaturated fats are good fats too because they decrease the negative cholesterol. These fats can be found in salmon, mackerel, herring , nuts and tofu.

 

And we saved the best for last. In order to keep a slim body we can benefit of course from the Omega 3 which can be also found in fish and sea shells. We must pay attention to the fats and consume the ones we can benefit by.
